Choosing your wedding photographer is an important decision as they will be closely involved in your big day. It is therefore imperative they get on with you, your family and your guests. And it goes without saying that it is important to ensure that you choose a wedding photographer who'll deliver the kind of images that you are looking for.
I'm Sean Jones, my company is Fresco Photography - and I'm a Yorkshire based wedding photographer. My sole intention on your wedding day is to be as unobtrusive as I can - freeing you up to enjoy your day.
Having worked in the past as a website and graphic designer, I have a great understanding of composition, colour and impact and as a matter of course; I ensure that I always incorporate these elements into my work. I always look to use natural available light to negate the need to use flash - however, in some older, more dimly lit venues; there may be a need to use it once in a while. However, I never use flash during the wedding service. Reportage wedding photography is very popular now as the results look more natural and you don't have to face a wedding photographer who bosses you around all day!
I firmly believe that Fresco Photography's service begins way before the special day, as I like to meet the couple at least twice in the run up to the main event. This helps both parties establish a rapport which will ultimately help you to feel at your most comfortable on the day.

Although based in the south of the county, I have been commissioned for weddings all over Yorkshire, the UK and of course will photograph your wedding wherever it may be in the world. Yorkshire is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful areas in the UK, and I am extremely fortunate to be based within easy reach of some of the most glorious wedding venues in the county, including in York, Leeds and Harrogate. I am also within easy reach of both the Peak District and North Yorkshire Moors National Parks.
As a northern based wedding photographer, my location has provided me with the chance to work at some wonderful locations, which have supplied stunning backdrops to the weddings I've worked on. These include the breathtaking Town Hall in Manchester, historic Treasurer's House in York and the grand Sun Pavilion in Harrogate.
I do not charge any travel expenses for weddings in Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire. Please do get in touch for further information if your wedding is further afield.
